Getting into Baddha Konasana C
From the fold, round your back starting at the pelvis, flexing each part of your spine in turn, and exhale as you fold further, reaching your head down toward your toes. Unlike B, the spine is deliberately curved here; your elbows can press your knees gently down.
What a teacher would tell you
- Round the spine from the pelvis.
- Reach the head toward the feet.
- Elbows pressing the knees down.
These are the corrections My Ashtanga speaks aloud while you hold the posture.
