From the same lunge stance, twist your torso toward your bent, right knee and bring your left elbow to the outside of your right knee, palms together at your heart, or take your left hand to the floor outside your right foot. Reach your right arm forward and up in one long line, back heel grounded.
Described on the right side. On the left, swap right for left throughout.
