Getting into Supta Padangusthasana A
Lying on your back, draw your right knee toward your chest and catch your right big toe with your right hand's first two fingers and thumb. Straighten the right leg up toward the ceiling while your left leg stays flat and active on the floor. On an exhale, lift your head and chest up off the floor and draw your chin toward your shin, holding there for the five breaths.
Described on the right side. On the left, swap right for left throughout.
What a teacher would tell you
